Kallikorous - Noto spa resort

Lovely location, easy to reach lots of beautiful areas around Ragusa and Noto. The Waitor Raphael was very attentive and very welcoming. He is a credit to your venue. The pool was lovely, nice setting.& the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing. Bed was very comfortable.

The waitress looked annoyed and very unapproachable. Never smiling in her job, but maybe that was just us. I do understand it's difficult, especially if you do not speak the language of your guests. But a smile goes a long way. We ate in the restaurant, which was generally nice but overpriced, prices for the wine should be displayed as we were told one price then charged another. Yes, we did ask before buying. Reaching the rooms was a challenge when walking due to a very steep hill. (not the hotels fault. I found it difficult due to a knee injury) But maybe an explanation in the room description would have helped me select a more appropriate room.

The location and facilities were just right for a short break with children and grandchildren.

We happened to be there before it got busy so we effectively had the pool area all for ourselves which was a bonus. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. The space, simplicity and comfort were just what we liked.

We would have liked a choice of cooked eggs although we understand this may not always be practical. Had we known that the kitchen area in the rooms didn't have basic cutlery we would have bought some eco-friendly disposable cutlery en route to the hotel.

Short family trip

The property is situated in a very quiet place, away from the city vibes and hassle with private entrance and private parking. You must have a car to arrive there. The staff are amazing. Luigi is one of a kind person. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing terrace with amazing views. The food served in the restaurant is delicious. Good choice of breakfast. The pool area is one of a kind. Huge pool with very relaxing and quiet area surrounded by trees . They also let us stay more for a late checkout. Will consider staying there for the next time.

Only one thing: we were a family of 10 people with various choices of food. You should consider to have at least the very basic choice of pasta ex: bolognese and carbonara sauces . Not everyone liked fish, and there was not much choice to choose from. But overall the food served was delicious.

Nice traditional country resort which would deserve higher quality management.

Breakfast was a standard open buffet, good but nothing special. The property has a great potential, nice location, beautiful view. High quality traditional architecture, design, fitout and enterieur.

Poor welcome and bar service at the reception. The pool bar was closed and the pool environment was less attractive. The personnel was kind but seemingly less organised. The whole property is undeservedly under managed.

Lovely and restfull location, the guest areas and pool are great. We enjoyed the restaurant and the "Maitre D"

Room facilities were poor. Paper cups! In a resort of this calibre this smacked of "penny pinching" Lousy instant coffee in the room- no coffee maker. All reminiscent of a cheap American motel, definitely not up to European standards that we are accostomed to. Receptioniss could have also been friendlier.

I spent a short break in this beautiful Resort, where I found delicious breakfast, astonishing Spa, sweet rooms, an outdoor pool surrounded by orange, lemon and olive trees ???? Friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommended :)

Cleanliness, parking, breakfast and serenity are what we liked.

The restaurant was closed for the dates we've booked and even the pool on site was closed too. The receptionist sent us to another place to swim though it was mid April and the weather was not so hot. No lights in the street to the place.

IT WAS A PERFECT HOLIDAY FOR MY HUSBAND AND I TO RELAX

THE POOL WAS BREATHTAKING.ITS SIZE AND SURROUNDINGS EXCEPTIONAL. THE BREAKFAST WAS PERFECT AND THE STAFF REALLY NICE AND FRIENDLY. THE FOOD WAS MOUTHWATERING AND WHAT ABOUT THE WINE?OH ESPECIALLY CHARDONAY-MOSCATO WHICH IS DONE LOCALLY.ITS LIKE YOU BECOME AN ADDICT YOU WANT TO DRINK MORE AND MORE. IN FACT WE BROUGHT A COUPLE OF BOTTLES HOME WITH IS. I REALLY RECOMMEND KALLIKOROS WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY.IT WAS VERY RELAXING.

It was hell!!!

The location is nice very peaceful and calming. The pool is also beautiful.

When we arrived there wasn’t any power on the establishment. But just after midnight the power did come back. We reserved a room with a balcony but they gave us a room with a small window and the air-conditioning unit was not working. When I ask the receptionist why did she gave us the room without balcony she said that they gave il all to other people because of the lack of power. Our first night was hell it was 50 degrees that day and we don’t have any means to make the room comfortable enough to relax. The second day i ask again for the airconditioning unit and they transferred us to the top building. Still no balcony!! But thank God the air conditioning unit was working. The unit worked until 4 pm then it stopped working so another sleepless night. On our final night i was very angry because we went here to relax and enjoy but so far our stay was just full of agony and misery. I talked to the receptionist this time it was a male, I forgot his name. I explained to him our situation and was very helpful and transferred us to their biggest room it was like an apartment. The air conditioning unit was working but it was already 11pm and bit too late actually to enjoy our stay. When we checked out they did not even acknowledge what happened or even asked how was our stay. No discount or free lunch or free juice or water. NOTHING!! We paid the tax again even though we already paid it here on the app. This hotel/resort is not cheap so good services is expected but not here. Terrible just terrible!
